Mini-workshops
Mini-workshops are 3-hour sessions for up to twelve people, usually taking place in the morning. They are often tailor-designed by external
consultants and SDLS programme managers, and combine theoretical knowledge with realistic exercises taken from your actual working environment. In addition, SDLS is offering a newly developed mini-workshop on “Discover your potential : key elements of job satisfaction”, to be piloted in April 2008. David Veenhuys, consultant and expert in the field of self-marketing and successful jobhunting, can help you to identify the key components essential to job satisfaction.

Coaching sessions
SDLS also offers personalized individual 1-hour coaching sessions with a coaching expert, where you have the opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions concerning your career development. Individual tips and solutions can be elaborated on how to improve your specific situation.
