THE CLASSIC LIVE
The Classic Live for the United Nations (Japan) has been advocating for the importance of dignity of life, global peace and preservation of the environment, in particular the philosophy and principles of the Earth Charter.
They do this through the performing arts and symposia. Their musicals appeal to the young people who will soon constitute the majority of the world population for rethinking their lifestyles in favor of a sustainable world community through their firm commitment to the Mother Earth and Mother Nature.
Traditional Japanese cultures as well as other cultures are introduced in some scenes, showing the importance of heritage and diversity. Their first European Tour will visit the cities of Hanover, Geneva, and Paris.
The Geneva performance, 2007 The Concert of Life “Environmental Musical – Our Forest is Alive – Our Earth Charter ” will be performed at Hall 14, Palais des Nations, starting 6:30 pm, Monday, April 30, 2007. The event will be sponsored by the Permanent Mission of Japan in Geneva and the United Nations Environment Programme.
