Do you know how to scale Excel work-sheets when you don’t know the final size?
- Click on File/Page Setup from the menu bar
- The File Page Setup window appears;
- Click on the Page tab;
- Select the Fit To option button;
- Delete any existing value in the Tall spin box.
Note: when the Tall control is blank, Excel will figure out the appropriate scaling percentage on its own.
Do you know how to keep a drawing tool active to draw several objects in PowerPoint?
- To avoid having to reselect a button repeatedly when you need to create a series of the same object double-click the appropriate button on the Drawing toolbar
Note: it will remain active until you press Esc or click another button
