Express yourself
As international civil servants, you seldom
have the opportunity to express yourselves.
Although during recent years our
administrations have issued numerous questionnaires,
in very few cases – if any – have
we seen the results.
UNS is offering you the possibility to say
whether or not you are satisfied with your
work, if your chief is good or not, what motivates
you and what demotivates you … And
we guarantee that in the November issue you
will see the results of this study.
In addition, and unlike all the other questionnaires
that are prepared by so-called outside “experts” who have no clue about who
the international civil servant is, the questionnaire
you will find in this magazine has been
prepared by international civil servants, for
international civil servants.
It is not the first. UN Special did such a
survey for the 40th anniversary of the
United Nations and again for the 50th.
More than 4000 staff members participated
in the last one and the results were
published.
Don’t hesitate to express yourself. It is the
only way to be heard.
