Tout va mal? Les fonctionnaires internationaux n’ont pas le moral? La bureaucratie nous étouffe?
Autant de clichés maintes fois répétés! Mais êtes-vous aussi sûr que ce soit vrai? Et si tous les fonctionnaires étaient restés des idéalistes, malgré toutes les attaques dont fait l’objet l’Organisation, et s’ils continuaient à y croire, à croire dans les idéaux de l’ONU, à croire que ce qu’ils font est bien?
À l’occasion du 40e anniversaire de l’ONU, puis du 50e, UN Special a organisé un sondage d’opinion parmi les fonctionnaires des Nations unies et des institutions spécialisées. En 1995, vous avez été plus de 6000 à répondre aux questions de UN Special.
Pour le 60e anniversaire de l’ONU, UN Special lance un nouveau sondage. Si vous voulez participer à cette initiative, soit en nous aidant à élaborer le questionnaire, soit en nous aidant à dépouiller et analyser les réponses, envoyez un e.mail à l’adresse suivante: unspecial@unece.org.

Everything is falling apart? The moral of international civil servants is very low! The bureaucracy is suffocating us?
So many clichés repeated again and again! But are you sure they are true? And if the international civil servants were still idealistic, what if they still believe in their organization despite all the attacks?
On the occasion of the 40th and the 50th anniversary of the UN, UN Special organized an opinion poll among the staff of all the international organizations of the UN and its specialized agencies. In 1995 you were more than 6’000 to answer this survey.
