500 Regards d’enfants
The UN at 60 – How 500 kids see it
Après le succès du livre des recettes sur le riz des
fonctionnaires internationaux du monde entier, UN Special vous
propose un nouveau concours à l’occasion du 60e
anniversaire de l’ONU le 24 octobre 2005. Il s’agit cette
fois d’un florilège de mots d’enfants sur l’ONU
associés à la photo/portrait de leur visage.
Pour participer à ce concours, vous devez être (ou avoir
été) fonctionnaire de l’ONU ou de l’une de ses
agences spécialisées et devez envoyer par e-mail ou par
courrier:
– deux ou trois phases à propos de l’ONU exprimées
par un enfant âgé de 5 à 15 ans,
– le prénom, l’âge et le pays d’origine
de l’enfant,
– une photo/portrait de l’enfant sur papier à
la dimension 13x18 cm ou en format électronique «brut»
(RAW) en 300dpi (20x25cm),
– Une autorisation de la part des parents de publier la
photo de leur enfant (quand cela est possible)
– Le nom, prénom et adresse du photographe (courrier
et e-mail).
Les meilleures phrases et photos seront publiées dans un album
à l’occasion du 60e anniversaire
de l’ONU. Date limite d’envoi: 31 mars 2005. A l’adresse

After the success of the Rice recipes cookbook prepared with the
help of international civil servants from all over the world, UN
Special is proposing a new contest on the occasion of the 60th anniversary
of the United Nations on 24 October 2005.
The idea this time is an anthology of children’s sayings about
the UN illustrated with their photo/portrait.
To participate in this contest you have to be a staff (or former
staff) of the UN or of one its agencies and send by e-mail or by regular
mail: – Two or three sentences about the United Nations
from 5 to 15 year old children;
– The first name, age and country of origin
of each child,
– A photo/portrait of the child on 13x18 cm
paper (about 5x7 inches) or in electronic format «RAW» in
300dpi (20 x 25 about 8x10 inches),
– An authorization from the parents to publish
the picture (where possible),
– Name and address of the photographer (e-mail
and postal address).
The best sentences and pictures will be published in a souvenir
album on the occasion of the 60th
anniversary of the United Nations. Deadline for submitting your texts
