Rice week

The rice cookbook is out. It is beautiful! You can buy it at the UN Bookshop! A perfect present for Christmas! 300 rice recipes from almost 100 countries!

To celebrate the cafeteria will organize a “Rice Week” from 13 to 17 december. For all who have contributed with a recipe please either send an e-mail unspecial@unece.org or come to my office to collect your free copy.
