L’information en ligne fait partie de notre quotidien. La Section
des bâtiments et des services techniques ne peut donc s’en
passer.
La Section des bâtiments et des services techniques a lancé son site Intranet le 14 octobre 2004. Il est situé dans la partie « services de l’ONUG » du portail Intranet de l’ONUG. Exit le papier, bienvenue à l’information stockée dans l’ordinateur.
Les fonctionnaires ayant accès au portail Intranet de l’ONUG, peuvent depuis: – effectuer et suivre en ligne leurs demandes de mobilier (GS.9a) ou de travaux (GS.57); – être informés des travaux en cours; – savoir où se situe une salle de conférence et quelles sont ses spécifications techniques; – tout savoir (ou presque) sur les coulisses techniques du Palais des Nations, sur ses bâtiments et son parc.
Ce site devrait faciliter vos démarches auprès de la Section des bâtiments et des ser- vices techniques et il devrait répondre à tous ceux d’entre vous qui souhaitent mieux connaître le Palais des Nations.

Online information forms part of daily life, and the Buildings and Engineering Section could not be an exception.
The Buildings and Engineering Section launched its Intranet site on 14 October 2004. It is located under the heading « UNOG Services » on the UNOG Intranet. Out goes paper, in comes computer-stored information.
Staff members who have access to the UNOG Intranet may now:
– make and follow online their furniture requests (GS.9a) or works
requests (GS.57), – be informed of ongoing work,
– know where a particular conference room is situated and what
are its technical specifications,
– know everything (or nearly) about the technical infrastructure
of the Palais des Nations, its buildings and grounds.
This site should make for easier contact between users and the Buildings and Engineering Section and should satisfy the curiosity of those who want to know more about the Palais des Nations.
