Do you know how to size columns and rows to fit data in Excel ? 

Point the heading separator line between columns or rows
> Double-click it when mouse pointer shape turns to a double-headed arrow

Note: this trick can be applied to multiple columns and rows.
To do that:
Select the multiple row or column headings to resize
> Double-click on any separator line of the selected headings.

Do you know how to print a list of shortcut keys assigned to your Word program ?

Go to Tools
> Go to Macros
> Click on Macro
> In the part Macros in: select

Word commands 
> A list will appear
> Select ListCommands
> Click on Run
> From the ListCommands dialog box, select Current menu and keyboard settings 
> Click on OK
> A new document is generated containing all the commands and shortcut keys assigned to your Word programme.
