Patrimoine d’exception, les bâtiments du Palais des Nations,
ses parcs et jardins, ainsi que ses installations techniques représentent
un ensemble architectural de premier plan qui nécessite un entretien
permanent et attentif. La Section des bâtiments et des services
techniques est une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 90 hommes et
femmes représentant une palette d’une vingtaine de métiers
et de compétences: architectes, ingénieurs, dessinateurs,
électriciens, mécaniciens, manutentionnaires, ébénistes,
peintres, maçons, tapissiers… Autant de savoir-faire au
service de votre bien- être et de votre qualité de vie
professionnelle. Leur objectif est de valoriser et embellir cet ensemble
de plus de 46 hectares et optimiser son fonctionnement. Ils répondent
également à certaines de vos demandes… Si vous voulez
utiliser leurs champs d’intervention, il vous faut les connaître.

The Palais des Nations, together with its parks and gardens and its technical facilities, is an outstanding heritage site and architectural complex of the first rank requiring continuous and careful maintenance. The Buildings and Engineering Section is a multi-skilled team of 90 men and women specializing in about 20 different occupations and professions: architects, engineers, draughtsmen, electricians, mechanics, removal staff, cabinetmakers, painters, builders, upholsterers … A wealth of expertise is on hand to enhance your professional comfort and quality of life.
Their objective is to enhance and embellish this site of more than 46 hectares and ensure that it operates as effectively as possible. They can also meet certain of your requirements…. If you want to make greater use of their services, you need to know them. So reed on…
Mobilier
Le catalogue de référence (GS.48) disponible auprès
des assistantes administratives de votre service liste le mobilier standard,
tel que tables, chaises, armoires, qu’il vous est possible de nous

in your service, lists the standard furniture, such as tables, chairs

Déménagement –
Manutention
Pour tout déménagement, contactez notre service. Nous
reprenons contact avec vous pour inventorier le mobilier, les prises
téléphoniques et informatiques, le nettoyage à
effectuer, etc… et coordonner les différents services concernés. Formulaire: GS.57, à adresser
au bureau 30.
