Do you know how you can paste Excel data into your Word document or powerpoint presentation with a link?

Tip

> Open your Excel workbook and select the cell(s) you’d like to copy
> Click on Edit/Copy from the menu bar
> Switch to your Word document or PowerPoint presentation > Place the insertion point where you’d like the Excel data to be copied > Click on Edit/Paste Special from the menu bar
> The Paste Special window appears > Select the Paste Link option button > Choose Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object from the As list box > Click on OK once finished

Note: when you make changes to the Excel worksheet data, it is automatically updated in the Word document and/or PowerPoint presentation
