Did you know that

In Word, Excel and PowerPoint, you can zoom in and out with your mouse wheel?

Tip: Simply hold down the Ctrl key and move the scroll wheel

> Rolling the wheel down decreases the zoom percentage

> and rolling up increases the percentage Note that: in Excel, the maximum you can zoom out to is 100 percent

Tip: Go to Edit/Find or Replace on the menu bar

> Find and Replace window opens

> Set up your search/replace criteria

> Hold down the Shift key when clicking the Find Next button
