ITU Demonstration
28 February 2003 ITU demonstrates
Then slowly but surely the rest followed.
- To react against the unacceptable treatment of ITU Personnel by its Administration;
- To draw attention to the fact that the Administration has taken actions without having communicated its Restructuring/Redeployment Plan to its Personnel = A total absence of transparency and respect;
- To denounce the catastrophic management by the Administration (whether it be its budget, its buildings or its personnel) and the lack of accountability of its managers;
- To draw attention to the fact that the Administration is not listening to the demands of its Personnel.
L’UIT manifeste
Le 28 février 2003, l’UIT a manifesté pour :
- Réagir au traitement inacceptable infligé au personnel de l’UIT par son Administration ;
- Contester le fait que l’Administration agisse sans même communiquer de plan de restructuration/redéploiement à son personnel = absence totale de transparence et de considération;
- Dénoncer la gestion catastrophique de l’Administration (que ce soit au niveau du budget, des bâtiments, du personnel) et l’impunité des responsables ;
- Contester le fait que l’Administration ne soit pas à l’écoute des revendications de son personnel.
UIT manifestation
28 de febrero de 2003 la manifestación para :
- Reaccionar ante el trato inaceptable que la administración está infligiendo al personal ;
- Oponerse al hecho de que la administración actúe sin, al menos, comunicar al personal un plan de reestructuración o de reubicación, lo cual demuestra una falta total de transparencia y consideración ;
- Denunciar la catastrófica gestión efectuada por la administración (bien sea la gestión financiera, los edificios, o los recursos humanos) ;
- Protestar contra la indiferencia de la administración frente a las reivindicaciones del personal.
