----------------- I found the picture in your article on Kenya inappropriate. Would you have chosen a picture of an alpenhorn concert to illustrate an article on the last Swiss vote, for example? I find it all the more strange because in the last page you have organized a seminar on Le rôle de lillustration et le choix des photos». Best regards, Jose M. Latorre. -------------------
«Everything is perfect with much room for improvement.» Shunryu Suzuki, Japanese philosopher. Dear Sir or Madam: Searching for another article I wrote for the Journal of Irreproduceable Results, I found on your page: http://www.unspecial.org/UNS607/UNS- 607_T21.html a synopsis of a previous article I wrote for that same journal. While certain parts of my work have been omitted, much has been copied and without any attribution at all. I realize that this is science humor, but I am a scientist in real life and would have appreciated being given credit for this piece. Otherwise it is plagiarism, and as scientists, we are constantly to watch out for snagging the work of others and not giving proper credit. Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this regard, I am. Most sincerely yours, Ellin Beltz. --------------
Caroline Marchetti, UIT. |
